Nowadays the idea of doing sports is becoming increasingly popular. I am doing a scgool project the aim if which is to find out why young people do sports in Zetland. I have found some information in the form of a pie-chart. I am going to provide an outline on the present data and give my personal view on the subject.

As can be seen, the statistics illustrate each reason why young people do sports, in percentages. Firstly, losing weight is the most frequently selected option with the result of 35%. Contrastly, improving health is the lowest priority, as only 10% select it.

Expectedly, opinions on such contentious topic are wide-ranging.While getting rid of stress is a very common choice, following parents' advice is a lot less popular. It can be assumed that many young people in Zetland suffer from stress. 

Overall, the statistics may reveal a problem related to doing sports. Due to the fact that losing weight is the most common answer, it is likely that people can destroy their health while trying to lose weight. A practical way of solving it is to control yourself and avoid overtraining. 

In conclusion, I think that it is vital for young people to do sports, because it can improve their health, make them stronger and more attractive.
