I am working on a project on what skills and qualities do you think are most important for your dream job in Zetland. As a part of my project, I have found some a table with the results of a relevant survey, and in this essay, I will describe the data and express my opinion on the subject of the project. 

According to the data, "Problem-solving and critical thinking" (40%) is the most common response to the survey question. "What skills and qualities do you think are the most important for youe dream job?". The other responses are "Communication and collaboration", "Accuracy and attention to details","Passion and enthusiasm" and "Leadership and initiative", at 30%, 16%, 9%, 5% respectively. 

Predictably, the figure for the survey option "Communication and collaboration" is six times as high as the figure for the option "Leadership and initiative". In my opinion, is quite surprising because initiative means work with  oth
