Nowadays more and more people tend to leave overcrowded cities and find smaller ecological places for life and work. I am currently working on a project on why people in Zetland move to small towns and I have found some statistics in the form of a table which are important to analyze.

According to the data, the majority of the people want to feel a sense of community (37%). 15 percent of the respondents state that small towns provide good childcare facilities. Very few of the respondents mention big houses which are easer to build and cheaper to perchase in small towns (8%).

Interestingly, more than twice as many of the respondents mention better ecology (28%) as those who move to small towns because there are no traffic jams (12%). I find these two reasons inte
