Nowadays more and more people tend to care about their health. To learn more about it, I am currently doing a project on how people in Zetland stay healthy. I have found the results of a public survey on this subject in the form of a table and want to comment on them.
According to the data, it is clear that the majority of the respondents (42%) choose not eating junk food. Having a balanced diet is also quite popular with 24%. Another striking feature is that only 10% of the surveyed opt for getting to bed early and the least favourite answer among the polled is doing morning exercises with only 2%.
Further analysis shows that doing sports is more popular than doing morning exercises, with 22% and 2% respectively. It is quite predictable because not many people are eager to
