Nowadays people are beginning to do extreme sports more and more. Some people are convinced that action sports support to build the inner strength, in the same time others suggest that this activity brings only the rush and nothing more.
Personally, I agree with this statement. To begin with fact that this kind of sport assist to test human’s possibilities and get to know the limits the one’s courage, as a consequence people able to overcome the fear. For example, if person is afraid of height, he or she can try a parachuting and become free of this anxiety.
