I am doing a project on skills and qualities that Zetland teenagers think are the most important for their dream job in Zetland. As a part of my project I have found some a table with some results of a relevant survey, and in this essay, I will describe the data and express my opinion on the subject of the problem. 

According to the table, "Problem-solving and critical thinking" (40%) is the most common response to the survey question "What skills and qualities do you think are most important for youe dream job?". The other responses are "communication and collaboration" (30%), "accuracy and attention to details" (16%),"Passion and enthusiasm" (9%) and "Leadership and initiative" (5%). 

Predictably, the figure for the survey option "Communication and collaboration" is six times as high as the figure for the option "leadership and initiative".
