In this day and age, many people are crazy about healthy lifestyle and love doing sports. Sometimes they do extreme sports, which are believed to be not only a good way to keep fit but also to build a strong character. However, others claim that extreme sports are way too much challenging and may do harm.
From my point of view, doing extreme sports is indeed a great way to form a goal-oriented personality. Doing something «on the edge» let people become more decisive, responsible and fearless. Moreover, doing any kind of sport may help a person to learn how to follow strict rules and instructions, especially in extreme sports.
